Built for partners selling Airfy.
The Airfy AI Academy is the training arm for Airfy partners. Partners learn the Airfy UI, the agent layer, and how to talk a customer through it. Live cohorts of six. The first groups started May 4.
Two tracks from day one. The partner track teaches you how to deploy, configure, and sell Airfy to your customers, the dashboard, the chat agents, the topology view, the policy engine, the report generator. The end-customer track is the entry-level course your customers can take so they actually use what you sell them.
Why a partner-first Academy.
Most network-vendor training is a slide deck and a quiz. You watch a video, take a multiple-choice exam, and you have a "certified" sticker that does not help when a customer asks you something hard at week three. Partners need real practice on the real UI, with people who run that UI in production every day.
The Academy is the opposite of slide-deck training. Live sessions. Small groups. The Airfy UI on the screen. You bring the customer question you actually have, including the awkward one, and the cohort works through it together. By the end of the program you have shipped a real customer site through the dashboard.
The two-track structure.
Partner track is for the people who sell, deploy, and run Airfy day-to-day. End-customer track is for the buyers and operators on your customer side who want to use the chat and the app on top of what you ship. Same Academy, two paths, designed to slot into each other.
Partners come out able to install, monitor, troubleshoot, and renew. Customers come out using the AI chat instead of opening tickets. That keeps your support load down and your renewals up.
Who actually teaches.
The Academy is led by Mona Siewert and built with a team of senior practitioners, the Airfy engineering team, and partners who already run hundreds of sites in production. The classroom is small on purpose. The people behind it are not.
Every cohort runs with at least one practicing partner in the room alongside the lead instructor, the kind of person who has flashed a thousand devices and knows where the corners are. The Airfy engineering team feeds the curriculum from the same release notes, change logs, and customer-support patterns that drive product development. The classroom is the front edge of the same machine.
How to join the next partner cohort.
Sign up at the Academy page. Pick partner track or end-customer track. Within a day or two, an Academy coordinator reaches out to align on your goals and the right cohort for you. New cohorts open every few weeks.
Six seats per cohort means it fills fast. The next ones after that fill faster.
