Demo Hardware Agreement

1. Scope

This agreement governs the loan of demo hardware provided by Airfy Inc. to authorized partners for evaluation and testing purposes. This is a loan agreement, not a sale. Ownership of all demo hardware remains with Airfy Inc. at all times.

2. Eligibility

Demo hardware is available exclusively to registered Airfy partners (MSP, Distributor, and ISP tiers). End customers who wish to evaluate Airfy hardware should contact an authorized partner in their region. Partner registration is required before a demo request can be processed.

3. Loan terms

Demo units are provided as new or refurbished hardware, complete with all standard accessories and documentation. The loan is free of charge for the agreed evaluation period, which is typically 30 calendar days unless a different period is confirmed in writing.

You must inspect the hardware upon receipt and report any defects, missing items, or shipping damage to partners@airfy.com within 3 business days. Unreported damage discovered later may be attributed to the evaluation period.

4. Return conditions

All demo hardware must be returned within 5 business days after the evaluation period ends. Return shipments must be:

  • Sent insured and prepaid to the Airfy Inc. logistics address listed below.
  • Packed in the original packaging, which must not be damaged, written on, or modified.
  • Placed inside an outer shipping box to protect the original packaging during transit.

A return merchandise authorization (RMA) number will be provided by Airfy Inc. and must be clearly visible on the outer shipping label.

5. Hardware condition on return

The hardware must meet all of the following conditions upon return:

  • Original packaging intact and undamaged.
  • Hardware in resalable condition (no scratches, dents, or cosmetic damage).
  • All accessories and documentation included (power adapter, mounting hardware, quick start guide).
  • Factory reset completed: no custom passwords, no saved configurations.
  • Airfy OS at the firmware version that was installed at the time of shipment. Do not downgrade the firmware or flash third-party firmware.

6. Non-return or damage

If demo hardware is not returned in the condition described above, Airfy Inc. will invoice the current partner purchase price for the unit(s) in question.

For unreported delays beyond the return deadline:

  • A one-time penalty of 2% of the manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP) will be charged.
  • An additional 15% of MSRP will be charged for each full week of delay.

Airfy Inc. reserves the right to deduct outstanding amounts from future partner commissions or credit balances.

7. Password recovery fee

If a device is returned with a custom password that prevents factory reset or access to the management interface, a recovery fee of $140 (USD) / 140 EUR will be charged. This fee covers the time and tooling required to restore the device to a deployable state.

8. Data handling

After the demo hardware is returned, any data, configurations, or credentials stored on the device will be permanently erased. No backup of your data will be provided. Airfy Inc. will not access, evaluate, copy, or share any data found on returned demo hardware.
