Third-Party Information Notice

Airfy Inc. processes personal data of employees of our business partners (resellers, distributors, ISPs, end customers, and vendors). This notice explains how we handle that data. Partners must share this notice with their employees within 15 days.

  • Prospective partners (sales contacts)
  • Employees of active partners (resellers, MSPs, distributors, ISPs)
  • Employees of end customers
  • Employees of hardware vendors and suppliers
  • Job applicants

3. Data We Collect

Name, email, phone number, job title, business address. For some categories: travel documents (for events), shipping addresses. Technical: IP address, device information (for platform access).

4. How We Use This Data

  • Contract fulfillment (partner onboarding, order processing, support)
  • Business development (marketing campaigns, event invitations)
  • Compliance (export control, anti-corruption screening)
  • Platform access (dashboard login, API keys)

5. Legal Basis

  • Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) for business operations
  • Contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) for active partnerships
  • Legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR) for export control

6. Data Retention

  • Prospects: 3 years after last contact
  • Active partners: duration of contract + 3 years
  • Job applicants: 2 years after last contact

8. International Transfers

Data may be transferred to recipients outside the EEA. Transfers are protected by EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
