The opportunity

Your boards are excellent. Your buyers want a platform.

Most board manufacturers ship outstanding hardware paired with a thin Linux base or no software at all. Buyers love the metal — and then they spend six months bolting cloud management, identity, AI tooling, and multi-tenant operations on top of it. Half of them give up and switch to a less-good board with better software. That switch is what we want to stop.

More revenue per board shipped

Software-included boards command higher ASPs. Buyers stop comparing your bare board to a commodity SKU and start comparing a complete platform to a competitor's bare board.

Recurring revenue share

Every device that ships with Airfy pre-flashed feeds an annuity. SaaS-tier subscriptions, partner-managed deployments, multi-tenant operations — you share in the revenue, not just the box.

Bigger addressable market

Airfy partners ship to ISPs, MSPs, hospitality groups, retail chains, and industrial deployments. Your boards become eligible for procurements that previously needed someone else's silicon.

Joint go-to-market

Co-marketing budget, joint case studies, presence at our partner events, listings in our official supported-boards catalog. We sell your boards as part of our story.

Board arrives as a finished platform

What your buyers get

A board that arrives as a platform.

Pre-flashed Airfy means no firmware project, no integration sprint, no surprise. The buyer plugs in the board, the cloud picks it up, the operator sees it on the Compass console. The four capabilities below are what every Airfy-flashed unit ships with on day one.

Cloud management out of the box

Plug-and-online. The board phones home, the operator console picks it up, configuration flows down. Buyers don't write firmware integration — they get a finished platform.

AI auto-resolve and LLM operator interface

Compass agents diagnose dead spots, slow speeds, and config drift. Operators query the network in natural language. The board you shipped becomes the most intelligent endpoint in the room.

Multi-tenant + white-label

Buyers run their own brand on the board they bought from you. ISP-grade tenant hierarchy. Audit logs. Per-customer policy domains. None of which you had to build.

MCP tools + open APIs

Every Airfy-flashed board ships with the same surfaces every other Airfy node has. REST, MQTT, webhooks, MCP. Buyers integrate with their existing stack on day one.

How the partnership works

Five phases. Three to five business days for the first one.

We've done this enough times that the playbook is mature. Here's the flow from the first conversation to the first factory-flashed unit landing in a buyer's hand.

Phase 01

Sample

Send us a board (or three). Our engineering team profiles the silicon, builds an Airfy OS image for it, certifies the build, and ships you back a flashed unit.

Phase 02

Integrate

Joint quality cycle. We tune the firmware to your peripherals, antennas, expansion options. Result: a production-grade Airfy build that runs natively on your platform.

Phase 03

Certify

Your model gets added to the official supported-boards catalog. Buyers see your name. Documentation, datasheets, performance numbers — all linked to your part number.

Phase 04

Factory-flash

Your factory installs the certified Airfy image during production. Boards leave the line ready to provision. Zero re-flashing, zero post-purchase setup, zero buyer friction.

Phase 05

Co-sell

Joint go-to-market. We bring deals where Airfy is already the chosen platform; you bring deals where the buyer already chose your hardware. Revenue split codified in the partner agreement.

Who this is for

If you make boards, this page is about you.

The four categories below are where we already have active partner conversations. If your business looks like one of these, the integration playbook is well-trodden.

Industrial SBC and router-board makers

Boards built for harsh-environment, fanless, wide-temperature, ruggedized deployments. Our customers in factory, energy, transit, and city infrastructure want both.

Gateway and CPE manufacturers

Whoever makes the box that lands on the operator's CPE shelf. We cover home, business, and multi-dwelling-unit form factors. Add software to your gateway and you become an ecosystem player, not a commodity OEM.

Wireless silicon partners

WiFi 6 / 6E / 7 chipset vendors and reference-design houses. Our firmware is silicon-aware and tunes itself to every major WiFi chipset family in production. Add a new platform in 3-5 business days.

Specialty form-factor builders

Outdoor mesh, pole-mount, drone-payload, marine, vehicle. We've shipped on every one of them. If you're building niche, we want your board in the catalog.

Join the catalog

You're joining a many-board ecosystem, not building one.

Airfy currently runs on roughly many distinct board models, spanning major silicon families and dozens of vendor lineages. Each manufacturer typically contributes 20-40 SKUs. New boards integrate against the existing platform — they don't build a new one. Your engineering team works with our build system, not against it.

For your buyers, this means the answer to "does Airfy run on this hardware?" is almost always yes — including yours, after the integration is done.

Send us a board. We'll send back a platform.

The first conversation is short. We ask what your boards do, what your buyers need, and where the integration friction sits today. Then we send you back a flashed unit and the term sheet for the partnership.
